These terms explain the rules StackShift applies to the platform. They are written as an informational draft so customers can understand the product’s responsibilities and boundaries while legal review is pending.
The StackShift SLA is a separate public service policy for eligible Enterprise services and applies only from its stated production activation date.

Accounts and security
Keep account information accurate and protect passwords, sessions, API keys, SSH keys, webhooks, team invitations, and connected infrastructure.
Promptly revoke or rotate credentials that may have been exposed.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account, workspace, team members, API keys, and connected infrastructure.
Do not bypass authentication, rate limits, billing controls, isolation boundaries, or security controls.

Acceptable use
Do not use StackShift for spam, phishing, malware, credential theft, abuse, harassment, illegal content, intellectual-property infringement, or unauthorized access.
Do not intentionally disrupt networks, attack third parties, or violate provider policies.
Do not send unsolicited bulk email or evade email reputation, DNS, identity, payment, or abuse controls.
StackShift may suspend or remove resources that create security, legal, abuse, availability, or provider-risk issues.

Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans, usage charges, add-ons, domains, mail, managed resources, and other billable services are charged according to the price and billing cycle shown at purchase or renewal.
You are responsible for payment-method accuracy, applicable taxes, renewals, overages, and fees associated with your account.
Non-payment can result in suspension, downgrade, deletion, or limited access to resources after notice where practical.
